One of life’s great joys is collapsing into bed at 9:30pm and getting lost in a great book for half an hour before your eyelids can take no more. In the midst of toughing it out and putting in the hard yards, we tell ourselves it is going to be so amazing when we have finished the task or achieved the goal, yet so often when we get there we somehow downplay our achievements and forget to celebrate. Sure, some people celebrate achievements by having a big night on the drink, but that hardly seems like something that adds to the overall quality of your life.
Setting great rewards helps us reinforce the behaviour we are trying to set as a pattern in our lives and irradiate behaviour that is holding us back. Rewards help us maintain consistency and create new habits rather than going through cycles of trying to change but running out of steam.

"How do I compare rates to find the best mortgage?" is often the first question people ask when considering mortgage refinancing or when looking at homes for sale as investment property,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], a second home, or primary residence. In 1951 Lerner introduced the product to a small manufacturer just entering the toy category: Hassenfeld Brothers. They agreed to license the product and launch it as a stand-alone toy. Mr. Potato Head was born.
